Lindsey Richmond

Chartered Legal Executive

Lindsey Richmond completed the first part of her legal executive training at New College Nottingham. She joined Sharp Young & Pearce in 2006, before the firm went on to merge with Rothera Dowson in 2016, completing the rest of her training via distance learning whilst working as a secretary in the Criminal Department.

Whilst in this role Lindsey also attended Crown Court to assist barristers with all types of hearings.

She joined the personal injury department as a fee earner in 2010 following the implementation of the MOJ Portal for Road Traffic Accident Claims.

Lindsey holds the ITC specialist credit in claimant personal injury and completed the qualifying employment element of her training, becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in December 2015.
