Jason Waghorne joined the commercial team at Sharp Young & Pearce in 2012 before the firm went on to merge with Rothera Dowson in 2016. Jason qualified in 2009 and specialises in all aspects of commercial law including company and business sales and purchases, commercial leases, buying and selling commercial property, commercial contracts, company secretarial, partnerships, shareholder rights, property development, property finance, sales and leaseback.
