Heather Parker is a wills, probate and trusts specialist at Nottingham-based law firm Rothera Sharp Solicitors.

Heather can provide expert legal advice and services on a wide range of matters covering the creation and administration of wills, creation and administration of trusts, powers of attorney and advice on residential care fees.  She is a member of the Nottinghamshire Law Society’s Private Client Committee and the Law Society’s Private Client Section, and is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and STEP.

Heather will work closely with you to ensure your wishes are carried out in full and that your loved ones are properly provided for.  Heather will take the time to fully understand your needs to ensure advice given meets your needs and will be with you every step of the way. She is happy to carry out home visits with clients when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Heather has over 15 years’ experience specialising in Wills and Probate work. Heather completed a degree in Law at Keele University in 2002 and completed her post graduate diploma LPC at the University of Sheffield between 2002 and 2003. She joined another Nottingham based firm in 2003 as a trainee solicitor and then as an assistant solicitor in the private client department. Heather qualified as a solicitor in 2005, joining Rothera Sharp in 2008 and became a senior associate in June 2018.
