Fiona Moore is a commercial property and residential property specialist at Nottingham-based law firm Rothera Sharp Solicitors and is located at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. She joined Rothera Sharp in August 2018.
Fiona can provide expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters including developments, leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, sale and purchase of land, commercial mortgages, commercial leases for landlords and tenants and lease extensions. She also advises on a variety of residential property matters including sales and purchases, leaseholds, freeholds, remortgages, transfer of equity, deed of rectifications, deeds of easements and first registrations.
Fiona regularly acts for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers or investors and guides clients through the varying stages of buying, selling or leasing property. Qualifications & Experience
Fiona has nearly 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial property matters, having specialised in these areas since 1999. She qualified in 1999 after completing her training contract with Martin Smalley & Co in Arnold. Fiona has previously headed up the Residential Property department at Actons Solicitors and the Commercial and Residential department at DBS Andersons, and has also worked as a solicitor at Chattertons Solicitors. Fiona joined Rothera Sharp in August 2018.
