Emily Kevan is a residential property and commercial property paralegal at Rothera Sharp. She is based at our Lace Market office in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
Emily can assist clients with buying and/or selling freehold property including unregistered land, auction sales and purchases, buy to let, transfers and re-mortgages.
Emily also deals with commercial property matters and assists solicitor Fiona Moore with developments, leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, sale and purchase of land, commercial mortgages, commercial leases for landlords and tenants and lease extensions.
Emily prides herself on providing a professional and efficient service to clients and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for them.
Qualifications & Experience
Emily has over three years’ experience working within a team acting for several large developers across the country in relation to their plot sales. She previously worked as a New Build Property Executive at Freeths between 2015 and 2018 and is currently progressing through the Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice, which she began in October 2017, with a view to qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer. Emily joined Rothera Sharp in October 2018.
