Beth Clayton

Paralegal

Beth is a Paralegal in the Motoring and Transport department at Rothera Sharp and is based at our Lace Market Office.

As part of the Transport Department, Beth supports the team in various different situations. These include handling new enquiries and giving initial legal advice, assisting with the preparation of Court cases and liaising with the Courts and clients on a daily basis.

As of September 2019 Beth will start her LPC/LLM part-time and hopes to train as a solicitor within the next few years.

Qualifications & Experience

Beth graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2016 with a high upper second class Law degree. She then spent two and a half years working in Property Law, focusing mainly on residential sale and purchase transactions. Beth moved into the area of Medical Negligence in January 2019 before joining Rothera Sharp’s Transport Law team in June 2019.
